“We hired TPR to paint one of our prized commercial office buildings in Culver City. The building posed a number of challenges from extensive prep work throughout the wood casement windows and ornamental wrought iron work and plaster repair to accessing difficult areas via the Spanish tile roof including areas, which an 80-foot boom was used to reach at the higher portions of the building. In addition to this, attention to safety and protection of surrounding areas with respect to tenant occupancy was very critical. TPR excelled in all categories! Our tenants would constantly praise the crew for their attention to detail and more importantly, their work ethic in being aware of maintaining a safe environment without being obtrusive. Chad, the owner, was very professional to work with and maintained great communication throughout all phases of the work, over-exceeding expectations for completion of the work.
